We will discuss your requirements and what you want to achieve from a web site. Even if you only have a picture in your mind, we will help you get your idea down on paper. We will also ask you for three web sites that you like and what aspects you like about them. This enables us to ascertain your style preferences, ultimately trying to incorporate these preferences into your own web site.

Web Market Research | Competitor Analysis

To give you the best web site possible within your business arena we need to carry out a basic competitor analysis. This will answer questions like "What areas of the business are your competitors focusing on?" "How comprehensive are their sites?" "What are their strengths and weaknesses?"

We will research the web market place, establishing what your competitors are doing. This will allow us to assess whether there are any opportunities available to give you a competitive advantage.

Detailed project plan

We will produce a detailed project plan including agreed requirements and suggestions from our analysis. A contract will then be drawn up which will need to be signed in order for the work to proceed.
