What is the Plesk Control Panel, can I use it?

Our Plesk control panel is the part of your website where you can control and manage your hosting account plus your domain email accounts.

There are many features your can manage like create email accounts, controlling, spam protection, enable virus protection and much more.

Every client is given access to the Plesk control panel with their own unique username and password. This con be found in the your welcome pack which was provided when your website was first created.

This all may sound a little daunting at first so to make it as easy as possible to get started we have created a collection of animated tutorials which illustrate different functions.

Can I have more than one domain for my website?

It is possible to 'point' as many domain names as you like to website domain. Each domain name to be pointed costs £10 per year. When a person enter these domain into a browser such as windows explorer they will be immediately directed to your website.

What is Contribute and what is it used can I use it?

Macromedia Contribute is a program that as allow users to edit and update their websites content with little to no knowledge of HTML.

We integrate the software with your website so that you may edit the site without the fear of damaging the structure or works of your website. Contribute is a very affordable alternative to rebuilding your website using a CMS.

Will it cost much to be able to sell products on my website?
