Email Set-up For Outlook 2003
Step 1
From the Tools menu, choose E-mail Accounts... This will open the E-mail Accounts box. You will be presented with several screens.
Select Add a new e-mail account:
Choose Click Next

Step 2
Select POP3 then click Next
Step 3 

Enter the following information
User Information
Your Name: mydomain.com
E-mail Address: you@mydomain.com
Server Information
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.mydomain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.myispprovider.com
Enter the SMTP address (send mail server) of the ISP you will be using to access the internet, you may be able to find this from the existing accounts you have set-up in this software or by contacting your ISP (their FAQ pages may be a useful place to start).
Alternatively you can use your domains server, just enter your domain name without www. However, this is not as reliable as your internet providers STMP address.
Eg. mydomain.co.uk
Logon Information
Username: you@mydomain.com
Password: (the password SiteWeavers provided)
Step 3
Now click More Settings
Note: This will open an Internet E-mail Settings window. This will allow you to apply Server Authentication. Choose the Outgoing Server tab and place a check next to "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and leave as "Use the same settings as my incoming mail server".
If you wish to leave a copy of your email on the server, Choose the Advanced tab and place a check next to "Leave a copy of messages on the server".
Click OK.
Click Next.
Click Finished.
