Hosting Questions & Answers1. How do I go about signing up for one of your hosting packages? You can sign up by selecting the hosting package you want and then clicking on the 'order now' button. You will then need to fill in the order form and make a payment via PayPal. 2. Do I have to sign a contract? Yes, we do ask you to sign a hosting agreement which lasts the duration of time you are with us. 3. What do I do if I have a problem with my email or my website goes down? If ever you get a problem with your website hosting or email accounts we are always available to resolve your issue as fast as possible. For almost 24 hour support you may submit a ticket via our ticket system or alternatively send us an email. You can also call us but if we are not in the office please leave a message on the answer phone and we will get back to you as soon a possible. 4. Can I manage my email accounts? Yes, Through our Plesk control panel you can manage your hosting account, add, delete email account, adjust spam filters and much more. 5. What happens if I exceed my hosting limits, will my site be taken off line? If your website becomes a runaway success exceeding your monthly traffic limits, or you are reaching your hard drive space limit we will contact you to let you know the situation. This allows you to take action by either reducing aspects of your website/email to fall within your limits once again or move up to our next package. We do not take websites down as soon as you have reached your limits. 6. What backup procedure is in place to protect my data. We keep 5 days worth of backups on a rolling basis held within your hosting space. If your website becomes corrupt we are able to restore from these backups.
